Rapper Kanye West slammed with lawsuit!
Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor have accused the hip-hop star of sampling their father's tune Bumpin' Bus Stop on the track without permission, and now they are seeking millions of dollars in damages for copyright infringement.
The siblings filed legal papers in California on Friday (05 Apr 13) on behalf of their late Thunder & Lightning singer father David Pryor, who transferred over the song rights to his children after he recorded the tune in 1974, according to AllHipHop.com.
