The man faces a 10-count charge of stealing, fraudulent misappropriation and criminal breach of trust.
He allegedly abused his position as a Chairman and sole signatory to the accounts of Good-living Multi Purpose Co-Operative Society's domiciled in First Bank Nigeria Plc and Zenith Bank, to steal N40,276,660 between April and June 2012.
