Renowned Doctor Arrested For Criticising President Goodluck Jonathan

A US-based Nigerian medical practitioner and licensed attorney, Dr Emmanuel Fashakin, was this morning stopped at the immigration entry point at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA) by men of the SSS after his Arik flight from New-York touched ground in Nigeria. The cause of the arrest has not been made clear because the officer to do the interrogation is expected to resume work at 8:00am. The time of his arrest by one officer named Ugoh was about 5:40am. He was simply told that there is a tab on his Passport.
