Chinese jets buzzed U.S. spy plane: Pentagon

The Pentagon says two Chinese fighter jets flew too close to a U.S. spy plane flying over the South China Sea. It says the encounter was in international air space. But Reuters' Greg Torode explains why that might not matter so much to Beijing.
