A rainstorm has destroyed private and public buildings, including Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN, facilities, in Alisimie community, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. In addition to private and public utility infrastructure, the rainstorm also blew off the roof of several buildings in Ahima and Idumuenor villages.
